The DGP180 is a heavy duty solution, providing efficient grease lubrication for a wide range of applications. Featuring a maximum 10,000psi discharge pressure and 295mL/min discharge rate, with a 1,200mm long flexible hose enabling access to hard to reach and tight spaces. The DGP180 also features an automatic pressure switching function which maintains steady flow rate regardless of the pressure required for the application. The DGP180 is also equipped with convenient features such as a variable speed trigger for control over grease flow rate, and a LED job light with a manual Off and On switch.

Automatic Pressure Switching Function – In auto speed mode (Position 2) the DGP180 dispenses grease while automatically adjusting the flow rate according to the internal pressure of the chamber of the machine being lubricated.
Lock-on switch – Lock-on switch reduces hand fatigue during long and continuous applications for further comfort and ease of use.
Variable speed trigger – Variable speed trigger allows for further control over grease flow rate depending on the application at hand.
450g cartridge or bulk grease – barrel suits 450g cartridges or can also be loaded with bulk grease. Optional barrels are also available for 400g or 500g cartridges if required.
Flexible hose – 1,200mm flexible hose length for easier access and operation in tight and hard to reach spaces.
